The loc method can be used in almost any hair salon and looks almost identical to a regular loc however with added gel and a very natural look. It is very similar to the loc method from the “The Hair Book” and is a great styling tool for beginners as well as advanced stylists.
I bought my first loc machine off of this site in 2009 and it’s not something I would have paid much for to get started. I’ve been using the loc manual and video instruction for several years now and I’m very happy with it.
Although the loc method is really useful and is very similar to the The Hair Book, the manual is not the best one out there. I use the video version which is very detailed and covers all the details of a new loc machine.
If you are looking for a low-priced hairstyling machine, I would absolutely recommend the video version.
Of course, my personal preference is a manual loc method because I really like the way it looks. The video isn’t the best, but it does the job and its much easier to understand. The manual is more comprehensive but I would still recommend it with a few caveats. The video is available here: loc-method-4c-hair.
The manual is a lot more detailed but I’d still say its a better alternative. However, there are some important things to remember about a manual loc machine.
Firstly, it’s not always necessary to start at the bottom of the list. You can do it from the top (top or bottom) if you’d prefer, just know that the manual method will always be the preferred method.
Secondly. There are a lot of manual loc machines out there. I think the one I am using is the one I like to use and it has a number of features that are not listed here. The top row is the simplest manual loc machine that we’ve reviewed, but there are a few more options that we’ll look at in future posts. And of course the bottom row is our current manual loc machine.
Because there is no manual, there are always going to be some people that say theres no such thing as a manual. You can read about how to do this yourself if you would like.
The issue with the bottom row is you can’t really get your hands on the parts you need to make one. It’s the same reason you can’t get a manual on a toaster. You can make a toaster, but you can’t get the parts to create it. However, there are some things you can get with the loc machine that you can’t with the toaster.
