The locs short is a new concept created by Dina Nader. Locs short is a system of thinking that is so simple yet so challenging. Each day each person has 30 seconds to think about a certain topic, and each person has a minimum of three minutes to think about another topic. The idea is that you can choose the topic that you want to think about, and then think about it a minimum of 30 seconds.
